Do you repair water damage?

No. Our best advice to you is to place your water damaged device in a bag of uncooked rice for no less than 12 hours to absorb the water on the inside before it begins corroding the components. Longer if possible!

Do you sell iGadgets?
NO! We only offer repairs. We do not keep any stock of any products.

How can I tell what is broken?
If only your glass is broken then, most of the time, the phone is still operational. If your LCD is broken then the phone is not operational or the display is distorted and viewing is difficult.

How long does it take to repair my device?
Typically it only takes about an hour to an hour and a half to repair if we have the parts in stock.

Can you unlock my iPhone?
In some cases, yes we can. Every few months Apple® sends out a software update which makes it impossible to unlock/jailbreak. If you do not currently have the most recent software installed on your phone then it is probably unlockable. Hopefully, in time, we will be able to unlock/jailbreak current software.

What if my device is damaged while in Savannah iDoctor's care?
We promise take great caution in the repair of your device. We will not be held liable for any unintentional damage to your device while in our care. We are a second party repair establishment. Once we alter or repair your device all warranties through Apple® are void. We certainly want you to refer us to your friends so naturally we will treat your phone with the same care and respect we treat our own iGadgets.

Is my repair guaranteed?
We offer a 30 day guarantee on parts and labor. Please note that once we open your device to make repairs it voids all other warranties offered through Apple® and it's affiliates.

Do you use aftermarket or original parts?
We use original factory parts. There may be a situation where we have to use aftermarket parts but in these rare situations we only use parts of the very best quality.

Do you buy old, broken or water damaged iGadgets?
Depending on the damage, we may buy your device for a reasonable price.

Why do I have to replace BOTH the LCD and Touchscreen on the iPhone 4?
When you break the screen on the iPhone 4, unfortunately the LCD is glued to the touchscreen and cannot be separated easily and without damage to the LCD. Currently, because it is still new, the iPhone 4 parts are far more expensive than parts for 3g and 3gS. As the prices for the parts drop (which eventually they will) we will drop our prices accordingly.
